Absences

If a Cadet is late they must report to the Administration Officer upon arrival.

If a Cadet cannot attend a Cadet-related activity, they must notify staff ahead of time by either:
  • Emailing the Administration Officer at 2332admn@gmail.com
  • Calling the Administration Officer at (613) 993-7214 on Wednesday evening (as of 5:45pm)

Cadets may be excused from training, but if the reason for the absence is considered invalid, they will not be considered for any activities, camps or special trips that the Corps organizes. We have no issues with Cadets missing training, but it must be reasonable.

An important responsibility we teach is accountability and honesty, these lessons all start with their personal attendance, and we expect our Cadets to be 100% accountable.
