We are located at 2100 Walkley Road, in Ottawa (South).

REQUIREMENTS

1.

Be a minimum of 12 years of age

2.

Be a legal resident of Canada

3.

Have a parent/guardian's permission

4.

Have a Provincial Health Card

5.

Be physically and psychologically fit

6.

Be of good moral character

HOW TO APPLY ONLINE

Join the Cadet program

2. Click on "Register Now", then search for "2332 763 (Ottawa) Communications Regiment" as the Cadet Unit, and enter your email address.

3. Check your inbox for the automatic reply and click on "Continue Application".

4. Complete the online application and click "Submit Application".

5. A confirmation email will be sent with additional instructions and important information.

6. Our staff will review your application and will contact you to arrange a date and time for you to provide official documents (as listed in the confirmation email).

HOW TO APPLY IN-PERSON

CODE OF CONDUCT (EN)
CODE DE CONDUITE (FR)
DND2353 FORM

2. Fill out the Application Form with your parents/guardians and print it out. Ensure you completely read & understand the Code of Conduct & DND2353 Forms as well - being sure to sign them in consultation with your parents/guardians. 
We also provide the forms in-person.

3. Submit the completed forms in-person on a Wednesday evening at our Corps. Please bring your Provincial Health Card and Birth Certificate / Passport.

4. We will review your application and then meet with you and your parent(s).
NOTE:  Section 34 of the Personal Health Information Protection Act, 2004, of Ontario, prevents us from accepting a provincial health card as proof of age. However, do not forget to include your health card number and expiry date on your Application for Membership! For proof of age, please bring your original birth certificate or passport.

We meet once a week during the school year where Cadets have the opportunity to learn citizenship, leadership, drill, effective speaking, outdoor survival, marksmanship, play sports and much more!
